GK.01 IS THE FIRST GIORGETTI KITCHEN: AN ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT THAT CAN ALSO BE USED IN OPEN SPACES
Giorgetti presents a kitchen which embodies the company’s style and coherently rounds out its interior design products. With this, the brand reaffirms its ability to operate in all aspects of design and to respond ever more efficiently to the demands of a Giorgetti lifestyle.
Primary and linear geometric forms with contemporary style and exclusive finishes that are completely customisable according to the needs and sensibilities of each client: these are the principal characteristics of GK.01, where Giorgetti’s hallmark attention to detail makes the difference.
The solidity of timeless materials like brushed Pietra Grey marble from Iran or Peltrox paired with the warmth of woods like black walnut or ash and sheets of liquid metal create a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere while highlighting the technological elements of the project.
A variety of quality materials are combined with project versatility: cupboards and counters completely conceal work areas by utilising sliding countertops on the central island or doors that disappear once opened. This makes them ideal not only in a separated kitchen but also concealed in open space floor plans and living areas. GK.01 is enhanced by visible bottle racks and sculpted wood doors which feature a particular, triangle-based pyramid design produced with Giorgetti’s manufacturing know-how from an idea by expert cabinet maker Luciano Molinari. The maestro has already collaborated with the company on several cultural projects, bringing the deep knowledge of wood and artisan expertise acquired by Giorgetti over than one hundred years of history to the forefront.
An ambitious design challenge reinforces the leadership position of the company in proposing articulate and complete architectonic projects that now allow the inclusion of the environment that has always represented the heart of the house and family that lives in it.
